Yes, that’s right, all of them. You’ve probably heard about this already (we’re a little late to the party, just because it seemed a little fishy to us at first), but a player in Taiwan has an Armory profile that claims he (or she, though the character is a male tauren druid) has achieved all 986 achievements available in the current version of World of Warcraft. That’s everything, from Loremaster, to all the ToGC Tributes, to the Pilgrim’s Bounty holiday rewards, even Insane in the Membrane. If there’s something you can do in WoW, this guy seems to have done it. He hasn’t finished this year’s Winter’s Veil achievement yet (it’s not actually possible until the 15th), but he has done a PvP achievement twice, apparently, so he’s still 986/986.
I’m still a little doubtful: as you can see above, the Feats of Strength bar looks like it’s empty, but this guy actually has lots of Feats done as well, including all of the realm first feats (including First Aid, and Leatherworking, all within days of each other). It just doesn’t seem possible that one character could do all of that. But it all seems to check out, so we’ll give him his due: Congratulations, “Littlegray” of Wrathbringer. And just in case you hadn’t heard: there are other games to play.
Update: I thought Insane in the Membrane was an achievement, but it is actually a Feat, and he does not have it. Thanks commenters for the clarification.

Pilgrim’s Bounty ends tonight at 1 minute before midnight, server time. That means today is the last day to do the following:
Get really frustrated fighting people for wild turkeys.
Hit people in the head with cranberries.
Crash the opposing faction’s dinner parties.
Coerce a druid for a chance at the Raven Lord while wearing Puritan attire.
Go from 0 to 350+ in Cooking quickly, easily, cheaply.
Even if you aren’t interested in chasing turkeys and looking like a Mayflower reject, I highly recommend taking advantage of leveling Cooking. To get the Winter Veil Gourmet during the Feast of Winter Veil, you’ll need 325 cooking. And of course there are all of those yummy food buffs.
For a complete list of Pilgrim’s Bounty achievements, please see our OverAchiever Guide. Have fun with your last minute, food-related fun!

Hot on the heels of a much larger achievement we’ve recently covered (Twenty-Five Tabards), I’ve decided to do The Keymaster in this article for two reasons:
I recently watched Ghostbusters.
Do I need another reason?
Actually, the other reason is that if you’ve done Twenty-Five Tabards, Keymaster is usually pretty easy because you’ve likely got some Burning Crusade faction rep under your belt. I could tack on a third — I’m constantly surprised at the number of players who aren’t keyed for some of the old-world dungeons, and by “surprised,” possibly I mean “irritated,” because I keep getting pestered to go open doors. Happily, just about all of these keys can be soloed at 80 for most classes, and none of them are particularly time-intensive (with the possible exception of the Scholomance key due to insane travel time) to get.

There’s been a few achievements that have been added in the latest patch 3.3 build.
As you can guess, taking down the Lich King has its rewards. If you manage to defeat Arthas in Icecrown Citadel in 10-player heroic mode, you will henceforth earn the title “Bane of the Fallen King.”
A new faction for you to earn reputation with will be established as well. The Ashen Verdict, if you manage to earn exalted with them, will grant you a title reward that adds “Of the Ashen Verdict.” No serious details yet on how to grind out rep, but when I was on the PTR clearing trash to Festergut, I noticed I was gaining Ashen Verdict reputation by killing various mobs. They’re similar to the rates players earned rep with when working through Black Temple for the Ashtongue.
Arena players have a new title and a Frostwyrm pet to look forward to for season 8. Good luck on earning the Wrathful Gladiator title!
The players who are more into battlegrounds will be experiencing change as well. The achievements to gain exalted with Warsong Gulch, Arathi Basin, and Alterac Valley factions have been removed from their Meta-Achievements. You’ll gain special titles if you manage to reach exalted with the factions at least.
Glory of the Hero Meta-Achievement has been slightly changed. The Party’s Over achievement which involves killing Prince Taldaram on Heroic with under 5 people is no longer part of that particular meta. Although, personally I don’t think it’s that difficult to take out that boss with 4 players.
Lastly, in case you missed the news earlier, Master Angler of Stranglethorn has been changed. It will be changed to Master Angler of Azeroth instead. You can gain this achievement by winning the Kalu’ak Fishing Derby or the Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza.

Over on the WoW LJ community, poster Honem has pointed out something that made me sort of squeal with glee when I first read it: The latest PTR build includes a couple very interesting new functions, as reported by official forum MVP Iriel:
NEW – QueryQuestsCompleted() requests that the server send the client a list of completed quest ids. Once the list is received the QUEST_QUERY_COMPLETE event is fired. (There is a limit on how frequently this can be called)
NEW – tbl = GetQuestsCompleted([tbl]) populates a table (creating one if necessary) with the ids of completed quests.
That’s right, you can now get a list of every quest your character has completed. Testers on the MMO Champion forums report that it’s only the quest IDs themselves that get sent, but addons such as Lightheaded and Questhelper, one would assume, can probably take care of the rest as long as they get those quest IDs.
The ability to recall completed quests should be a good boon to mod makers and questers. Those looking to grab Loremaster will appreciate being able to figure out where to head next, and those that have had a handful of quests left for the title and no idea where to find them will finally find some relief. Here’s to all the mod authors already working hard on using these new commands to get us squared away in Patch 3.3. Many a Loremaster will owe you a debt come Cataclysm.

No content patch would be complete without some changes to previously existing achievements. They’re just as fluid as everything else in an MMO. This time around, most of us will be getting some new feats of strength under our belt and the bravest among us will be getting a new title.
Feats of Strength
Proof of Demise becomes a feat of strength.
Timear Foresees becomes a feat of strength.
New Achievements
Looking For More: Use the Dungeon tool to finish random heroic dungeons until you have grouped with 10 random players total.
Looking For Many: Use the Dungeon tool to finish random heroic dungeons until you have grouped with 50 random players total. Awards the title: the Patient.
Looking For Multitudes: Use the Dungeon tool to finish random heroic dungeons until you have grouped with 100 random players total.
Could it be? Tangible rewards for running PUGs? Yes, it’s true!

Zoltan of Aegwynn is the guy who’s been sitting on top of the overall achievement point lists for a while, and he’s just recently cracked the incredible total of 10,000 points. At the time of this writing, he’s finished off a total of 908 out of 931 achievements currently in the game, giving him a total of 10,005 achievement points.
The Champion of Ulduar is the one that put him over the top according to his Armory profile, and strangely, he doesn’t appear to have any of the Feats of Strength (edit: never mind, I read it wrong — he’s got plenty). He is only missing the two World Event achievements left (Brewmaster and the meta-achievement, neither of which are yet possible), the Sea Turtle achievement, and then a few more Heroic Ulduar endgame points. Given that the 3.2 patch achievements will likely come out before Brewmaster, there’s no way yet to clear everything completely, but he’s as close as it gets.
Very impressive indeed. Zoltan has just one or two people on his heels, and then the numbers drop out to a few hundred below 10,000 (and strangely enough, the top five players are all EU folks). There’s no reward for all of those points (and Blizzard has no plans to offer any), but it’s quite, as you might say, an achievement.

How you uh, how you comin’ on that Argent Tournament you’re working on? Huh? Got a big, uh, big stack of Valiant’s Seals there? Gotta, gotta nice little title you’re working on there? Your big achievement you’ve been working on for one week? Huh? Gotta, gotta compelling lance?
Well, if you have been working on the Argent Tournament dailies since Tuesday’s release of patch 3.1 then you’re set to become some of the first Champions today, earning your home city’s achievement.
After you finish off the five dailies today, you’ll need to go through a couple more quests. The first is The Valiant’s Challenge, where you have to go and challenge a rider via Squire Danny. After that you’ll want to go and complete A Champion Rises to get an Argent Squire or Argent Gruntling pet (pictured above) and 10 Champion’s Seals.
Once you’re done with that, the next step is to begin the dailies, which will allow you to begin stacking up on more Champion’s Seals for things like Tabards, Pets, and Mounts. Of course the other thing you can do is repeat the The Valliant’s Charge line of dailies to earn the right to represent other factions in the Tournament.

The folks over at GuildOx, a guild progress and achievement ranking site, were kind enough to email us some interesting new statistics about Ulduar’s achievements. As it stands a large portion of the raids are, of course, not getting encounter specific achievements the first time they go into the zone. However there are some that are getting them nonetheless.
People may wonder if guilds are getting the achievements this quickly because Ulduar is too easy. My opinion on the matter is that Ulduar itself sans hard modes won’t be abnormally challenging, however when you put in the hard modes and various twists to the encounter in order to earn the achievements, Ulduar is going to become quite challenging.
The achievements that have made the list so far, like A Quick Shave where you have to kill Razorscale with her only flying into the air once, just requires a lot of DPS. That’s not too hard for most geared out groups to muster.
Take a look after the break for GuildOx’s list of the top five Ulduar 10 and 25 man achievements, and head over there to take a look at things overall.
